（今朝の時点では、予定は変わっていませんでした。）

 

    as of ~ は

「～の時点で / ～現在で」と、 特定の時点でという意味で訳される場合と、

「～付けで / ～以降は」と、  特定の時点からという意味で訳される場合とがあります。

 例文をみていきます。

As of today, there is only 1 hospital in this town.

（今日現在、この町には病院が1つしかない。）

 

As of last week, the event reached capacity.

（先週の時点で、そのイベントは定員に達しました。）
